At Sideways, Samantha and her team developed the design for Letter9, a new luxury student apartment franchise, as an honest, smart, and fun Generation Z lifestyle brand with a standout digital/social content approach. Together they created a groundbreaking brand in 3 months, rolled out into 5 large campuses around the US (The Dillon, The James, The Blake, The Wyatt, and The Tyler) and designed their entire 2015/16 inventory. The scaleable strategy was designed to accommodate the brand's anticipated 25+ location growth.
